Question 1:

What does it mean to you to be a woman?

It means taking care of everyone, especially the children, which is a big task. Women also have it in them to be caring especially towards their family. However, you can’t take care of someone else if you don’t take care of yourself. A woman must always balance everything in all circumstances whether it is work, family, social life, … It is also important to ensure that you have space to maintain social contacts at appropriate times. In summary, being a woman is a huge responsibility!

Question 2:

What does nutrition mean to you and what role does it play in your life?

It all starts with nutrition. Indeed, without a healthy and balanced diet, you can’t find your internal balance, it’s impossible. At the hormonal level, for me, food is medicine as Hippocrates said. Daily, it is necessary to take this into account, because good food gives energy. Therefore, I have always considered that nutrition has an important place in the education of children: they must eat everything, from fresh vegetables to meat. In the end, we are what we eat.

Question 3:

If you had to pass on one piece of knowledge and/or advice to other women, what would it be?

Live small, don’t try to do things that are too big or too far away. Keep all your projects on a human scale and even on a small scale. By that, I mean your friends and family.  Don’t let social networks push you around. Live your own life! It is essential to be happy with small things. Keep it simple, don’t put too much pressure and stress on yourself. Perfection does not exist. Good is good enough. Let things go from time to time and find your border of satisfaction. Don’t expect too much from everything!
