Question 1:

What does it mean to you to be a woman?

I like to show that we can accomplish a lot as women because it is often underestimated. We need to be able to make a difference and show that we can be very entrepreneurial. We must be proud to be a woman today. As a woman, we have more steps in life than a man and I think it is important to take care of our bodies, all our lives.

Question 2:

What does nutrition mean to you and what role does it play in your life?

The move to my own practice, which is scheduled for March. It is a practice with other paramedics where there is also a large kitchen. I will be working as a nutritionist. I will advise and guide people to avoid medication as much as possible by moving towards a healthier life with a good diet. I will also organize cooking workshops and events because food is my profession, the common thread throughout my life. This is a big step forward in my career.

Question 3:

If you had to pass on one piece of knowledge and/or advice to other women, what would it be?

Women should not be too strict with themselves. Women should not underestimate themselves, as they can often do more than they think. The importance of relaxing and taking a step back from time to time should not be underestimated. Taking time for yourself from time to time is an important and healthy activity.
