Question 1:
What does it mean to you to be a woman?
For me, being a woman means to be able to play and use the qualities we have as women, and thus, to be on the front of the stage with all our talents.
Question 2:
How and why do you integrate sports into your daily routine?
As a teacher and physical trainer, sport is a passion and at the same time my job. I integrate it into my daily routine because it is very important to have a good work-life balance. Moreover, sport keeps you healthy both physically and psychologically.
Question 3:
If you had to pass on one piece of knowledge and/or advice to other women, what would it be?
Above all, be yourself and don’t compare yourself to others. As a woman, you are unique and therefore you should not compare yourself to others. Be yourself.
